1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing use of PostVito and its AI generation features. By using PostVito you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use PostVito to create, publish, store, or distribute:

2.1 Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content that constitutes or facilitates criminal activity
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

2.2 Harmful or Abusive Content

• Content that harasses, threatens, intimidates, or bullies any individual
• Hate speech targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Content that glorifies, incites, or promotes violence or self-harm
• Content depicting or sexualising minors in any way

2.3 Deceptive Content

• Disinformation or deliberately false information designed to deceive
• Synthetic media (deepfakes) that misrepresents real individuals without their consent
• Content designed to impersonate a person, brand, or organisation deceptively
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications

2.4 Dangerous Content

• Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or chemical/biological agents
• Content designed to facilitate cyberattacks, malware distribution, or credential phishing

3. AI Generation Rules

When using PostVito's AI generation features, you must not:

• Generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals in sexual or violent scenarios
• Generate content designed to mislead about the authenticity of AI-generated outputs (e.g. passing AI video off as genuine news footage)
• Use the AI generation system to process personal data of third parties without a lawful basis
• Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts from our AI integrations
• Circumvent safety filters or content policies of underlying AI model providers

All AI-generated content is subject to the terms and safety policies of the respective model provider (OpenAI, Stability AI, Kling AI, etc.) in addition to this AUP.

4. Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish via PostVito complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of each social media platform to which you publish (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

PostVito does not review content before publication. You remain solely responsible for compliance with platform rules.

5. Technical Restrictions

You must not:

• Use PostVito to conduct automated attacks, scraping, or data extraction beyond the documented API
• Attempt to access other users' Workspaces or data
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the PostVito infrastructure
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Exceed API rate limits or attempt to circumvent credit limits through automation
• Use the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, report it to abuse@postvito.com. We investigate all reports and will take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

PostVito reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates this AUP without notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without warning
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities
• Retain data as evidence where required by law

Repeat or severe violations will result in permanent account termination without refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP to address new risks, technologies, or legal requirements. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
