The pricing questions.
A single unit of AI work. Generating an image usually costs ~5 credits. A second of AI video costs 3–25 credits depending on the model (Kling is cheapest, Sora 2 Pro is the most cinematic). Text generation — agent ideas, captions — costs 1–3 credits per request. Before you hit "generate", PostVito always shows the exact cost.
You can keep using PostVito normally — scheduling, analytics, inbox, everything non-generative. You just won't be able to produce new AI content until your monthly credits reset or you top up (from £5 for 250 credits). We'll email you at 80% and 100% of usage so there are no surprises.
Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date. You can carry over up to 2× your plan amount — so a Pro user (3,000/mo) can accumulate up to 6,000 before any are forfeited. Top-up credits you've bought never expire, even if you downgrade or cancel.
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately — you get the difference in credits straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep everything you paid for.
Unused monthly credits roll over up to 2× your plan. Beyond that they're forfeited — we'd rather you got value than we banked unused promises. Top-ups you purchase never expire.
GBP is our base currency. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top (shown inclusive on the checkout). EU and other international customers have VAT handled automatically via Stripe Tax based on your billing address — B2B customers can provide a VAT number and have it zero-rated where applicable.
Yes — 14 days on Pro, with all features unlocked. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade by day 14, you drop back to the Free tier with all your drafts and data intact.
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account drops to Free — all your drafts, ideas, and posts stay available for 90 days. You can resubscribe any time and pick up exactly where you left off. GDPR deletion available on request.
